Please Help! Low milk supply :(
Hey ladies. I need some advice on what to do. I recently was extremely sick for about 5 days and it caused my milk supply to dip very low. To the point where my daughter angry cries because there’s no milk. She’s only 14 weeks old, and I want to continue to breast feed her as long as possible. What can I do to get my supply back up, and has anyone experienced this? 😭💔
