I’m more of an emotional person so size doesn’t REALLY matter. If I have emotional ties to the person the sex will prob be good. That being said, my husband does have a big penis and I have emotional ties to him so it’s like, really really good lol

Bigger is most definitely better but at the same time a guy who is a bit bigger than average(approx 5in in the US) that knows what the hell he is doing can get the job done too. 
I prefer 8+in biggest I've had was 12in smallest was maybe 3in. Best I had was 6.5in but had major girth and DEFINITELY knew what he was doing.

I've only been with two guys where I couldn't get passed how small they were. Generally I believe it's more what you do with it but if it's so small I can't tell if it's in... That's not going to work. 
On the flip side I've also been with men with large penises that had no idea what they were doing and one guy that was frankly, just too big for me.
