Anyone still have their toddler waking still at least once a night?

I know we all wake at night, but she still cries even though we have done the cry it out.

She shares a room with her 3 1/2 sister and for now her sister is in our room cause she has school. But I'm being induced in 2 days so I'm trying to get it to be a little better. She will self soothe just depends on her.

We also had to switch her to soy milk for a trial as whole milk was messing with her , extremely gassy, bloated and hard poops.

As of right now I've been up with her since 230ish. She is teething and has a temp (101.3) which I know also plays a factor in her not sleeping tonight.

Any insight will help, she never has slept through the night.
