When do you ladies call your doctor to schedule the first visit?

It was a few days after my period was due that I called them, though I'd tested positive days before with both pregnancies. You can call right when you get a positive, but for me, I had so much doubt I wanted to make sure my period was late too!

I have a home birth midwife and I call her right away because she only takes 3-4 pregnancies per month, so you gotta get in quickly. But my first appt isn’t until 12 weeks.

Call once you are pregnant. Line or digital doesnt matter. It took me about 8 weeks just to get into my doctors for an initial visit which was just going over family history and insurance.

I’ve been pregnant 4 times (2 losses) and I only ever took one test at 2 days late with pregnancy. I called and made an appt the same day I goy positives.

I didn't call mine until 5 weeks after my positive tests 😂
With my first I think it was 3/4 days after I took the tests.
