Stomach sore?

I’m 19+4 and i went grocery shopping and when i got to my car my stomach was a little sore... not sure what this means?

My stomach be sore sometimes. It feels like I been sit ups or something sometimes. I feel it when I stretch too sometimes. It's pretty normal and most likely ligament pain. My doctor told me take a warm bath and rest when it gets bad. It normally goes away but you'll have it.

Could just be stretching of the ligaments. Try a nice warm bath, not too warm though or a hot water bottle
