What are your expectations of your bank?
If you were shopping for a new bank, what would be most important to you?

Customer service, their hours of operation vs my schedule (if you have transactions that will need to be done I person). Different card options-points cards. Online access, remote deposit. Fee schedule. Also reviews of other ppl that have banked there. I personally belong to a credit union not a bank.

customer service, reliable financial advisors and personal bankers, security (physical, cyber, financial, etc.), multiple brick and mortar locations, access to investing and moving international assets, great credit card benefits, benefits for full cash assets, secure and smart wealth management, etc.
