Bleeding and still pregnant ?

I’ve had pregnancy symptoms for a week and a half now and all my home pregnancy tests have been negative. I started light bleeding today with mild stringy clots. Have any of you had this and still was pregnant? Idk if this is implantation bleeding or my period. 
Please help me out!

It’s hard to differentiate pregnancy and PMS symptoms. If you’re bleeding and your tests are negative, it’s unlikely that you are pregnant. It’s also very unlikely to experience pregnancy symptoms for more than a few days without a test yielding a positive result. When is/was your period expected?

You can’t have symptoms before implantation so it sounds like period starting sorry 😔
