My husband and I have officially began TTC. I had my nexplanon removed 1/29, ovulation and BD occurred 2/3. We’ve basically been unable to keep our hands off each other, fertile period or not and it’s a welcome thing since I went 3 years without even the slightest sex drive. I’m now 7 DPO and I have a few strange symptoms but I’m unsure whether to test or not this week because I’ve heard 7 dpo is too early for anything to occur.

Symptoms: metallic taste in mouth

Nausea

(TMI) slight spotting only when I’ve wiped that only occurred for a day

Cramps in my left side, but not strong enough for the AF cramps that I’m used to

Dizziness

I’m not sure if these are just symptoms from having the BC released or maybe I should test. AF is due on Thursday, maybe I should wait until Friday?

I really don’t want to get my hopes up but my husband’s birthday is Thursday and that would top any birthday present I could ever buy him.
