sband have our second child coming via csection on Wednesday. We were originally going to move apartments before he came but found we are better off staying where we are. We pay 800 for a 3 bedroom and cannot get that price anymore in the city we live. Th3 cheapest I could find for a 2-3 bedroom was $1,200 and none on a first floor like we have. So we decided 2 weeks ago we are gonna stay here and just remodel our outdated place for now. We asked our landlord of 8 years and they of course had no problems. Here are some before and after. Im really proud that we were able to get this done in a WEEK with me being 39 weeks pregnant and working a full time job and with him working a full time overnight job. We put in some serious hard work but it looks better and our toddler LOVES the new room she will be sharing with her brother until we can find something worth moving into.
