I’m positive for Strep B. Can I ever get rid of this? I understand that they will put me on antibiotics during labor but isn’t there something I can take now to get rid of it, just in case I spontaneously give birth away from the hospital? My sister gave birth on the toilet once and her second she gave birth in the car on her way to the hospital. Both times happened very fast...She had no warnings of labor. Pretty spontaneous. I’m worried this may happen to me and I won’t get to the hospital on time to be put on antibiotics. I just want my baby to be safe.
