My son had terrible constipation recently so I made him prune purée which I think has done the trick! TMI but he’s done a couple of HUGE poops today so I think everything’s out of his system and he’s no longer backed up.

Obviously I don’t want it to happen again so I’m wondering how often he should have prune purée as a preventative measure?

If it makes any difference he’s just turned 7 months and I’m transitioning him from 1 to 2 solid meals a day.
