What does your 7 month old eat in a day?

I feel like I'm failing at solids!! Are you making baby's foods or store bought? What are they eating in a day? How many times do you off solids? We started off BLW but I ended up offering her some mashed foods as well. We are doing solids twice a day right now but I feel like I have no idea what I'm doing. Trying to make all of her meals is exhausting and she ends up having just random foods not really cohesive meals. I just need ideas thanks!

We mostly just do breakfast and dinner, sometimes a snack in between. We do both purees and finger foods/table food smashed. 
The purees are store bought. The table food is whatever we are eating that night. 
Ex. Breakfast is around 10am, I will make two over-easy eggs and give her the yokes, I let her eat as much as she wants. I will also make a slice of toast and put a little butter on it. Or give her her own spoon with peanut butter on it.
Dinner is around 5ish and she usually gets mashed potatoes, green beans, sometimes mac and cheese. Gonna try the circular steamed carrots tonight. Also if we have chicken for example I will pull the meat off in little pieces or strands and she loves those! On steak night I will cut her a sliver to suck and chew on. I don't necessarily let her "eat/swallow" it. Just scared its too tough at the moment 😅
If she's having purees I do yogurt and some cereal bites and those teether wafer things in the morning. Then some type of meat, usually chicken because she loves it, with regular mashed potatoes that we are having at dinner.
And I always give her her sippy cup with water in it with all her meals.

3 times a day. And a combo of homemade and store bought. I’ll make purée’s and freeze them, and I buy and stock up on store made food so when I run out or am not feeling well or whatever reason, I have some.

My boy is turning 7 months this Sunday, February 16. I started solid when he turns 6 months and have been giving him store bought puree only. And no salt and sugar .
I'm thinking of changing that when he turns 7 months by giving him more variety.

We don't do blw yet. The only finger foods we give her are baby puffs and rice puffs. We want to try and slowly introduce some soft finger foods like omlet strips, avocado pieces etc.
She has three meals per day, fruit puree in the morning (either a single fruit or a mix of fruits and sometimes cereal), for lunch she gets mixed veggies or mixed veggies with meat or pasta and for dinner baby cereal.

At least twice a day. Breakfast is usually oatmeal + puree, or frozen whole wheat pancakes. Dinner is usually sweet potato mash, some veggies, or a few bites of mama & daddy's dinner.

My baby eats what I eat, with some modification! In the morning, it’s usually eggs, avocado, and a fruit or toast with hummus or waffles. For lunch, we usually reheat leftovers from the night before. Today we had grilled chicken, asparagus, and organic Mac n cheese with spinach blended in with a side of pears. But we’ve done salmon, rice, ground beef, green beans, black beans, mushrooms, zucchini, cooked carrots, peas, ground turkey, etc.... it‘s random. With her bedtime routine, she’s barely ever awake by the time dinner is done but if she is, we let her have a few small pieces of whatever we make. She loves food and is a great eater so far. I’ve learned not to overthink it and just to let her enjoy and learn along the way! This is a great Facebook group to be apart of for ideas as well!

Daycare feeds her twice a day so that's 2 meals I dont have to worry about but on weekends we do breakfast and dinner and then maybe a snack if were eating something she can have.
Dinner is always a meat, veggie, fruit, whole grain, and dairy. 
Breakfast on the weekends is eggs and fruit with pancakes or toast. On the toast I do peanutbutter or almond butter or avocado. 
So last night for example she had salmon, steamed carrots, raspberries in yogurt, and whole grain sprouted toast with peanut butter.
The night before that it was lamb, sweet potato "fries", cheese, blueberries, and toast with mashed avocado.

I do breakfast and evening meals. For breakfast she has what I have so porridge or weetabix. For evening meal she either has what I have or I have some trays that I have pasta,rice,chicken,potatoes and beef. I will make a dinner out of them. What I have started doing is using the baby food pouches almost  like a cook in sauce. So tonight she had chicken and rice and I added half a pouch of chicken and sweet potato curry. I was worried my meals were a bit plain but didn’t really know how to add the right amount of seasoning so the pouches/jars are good for that. I let her eat as much as she wants.
