Looks like it could possibly be the start of your bloody show. I work in OBGYN and saw a patient once that had something similar and then a day later her urine was blood tinged and then the day after that her baby was born .

Looks like regular mucus discharge to me. If you are that far along it might possibly be your mucous plug starting to loosen up, but I get this occasionally and I’m only 5.5 weeks so it’s hard to tell
