What do you suggest for Ectopic treatment?

So I just went in for my 1st ultrasound and found out it is an ectopic. I am devastated Dr gave me the two options. I’m leaning towards the surgery. Just wanted opinions and feedback if you have gone through this?

I was treated with one dose of Methotrexate for my previous ectopic and am currently pregnant with my second child since then. I have never had another ectopic.

Try methotrexate first, if that doesnt work ied do surgery

I had to have emergency surgery. The shot might not work and some women end up needing emergency surgery anyways after 1-2 doses of the shot. Laparoscopic will give you less time to start TTC rather than with the shot you can’t TTC until 3 months.

The shot makes you feel like shit & you get intense pain and alot of bleeding. I would do the surgery
