Did you feel like you were dilated ?

I keep seeing everyone post that they find out they’re dilated at their check ups. My question is did you know that you were? I’ve had lots of pelvic pain and bh throughout the past couple weeks so I considered getting checked at my next appointment just out of curiosity. I know it doesn’t necessarily mean anything but I’m curious lol.

I really feel like im dilated. I have the weirdest feeling of outward pressure in my cervix. I keep telling my husband that I'll be pissed if I'm not dilated with all this pressure I've been feeling 😅

Just because of how low he is & how much pelvic pain I’ve been having, I feel like I’m dilated. I never had this feeling with my daughter because I literally felt like I was carrying her in my chest my whole pregnancy so I wasn’t surprised that I was 1cm until I went into labor. Lol. We’ll see on Monday how dilated I am. Fingers crossed that we’re off to a good start. 😬

No not at all.

Nope I felt no different when I was 4cm dilated than when I was 0cm dilated. I have midwives and they only do cervical checks when requested starting at 39weeks.

How far along are you? In the last month of pregnancy you should be going to the doctor every week and they check your cervix at each of those appts. Mine started being checked at 36 weeks, but the dilation has been the same at each one.
