What is this?!?

So my cervical mucus has been a little weird it’s been like stretchy and sticky and clear or kinda whitish sometimes and today it has the same but with a reddish tint to is and I’m cramping... never have had this before... is this implantation bleeding maybe just my period coming??? I’m so confused help!!!!
