Painful period like cramps 33w

I keep hearing BH isn’t supposed to be painful and goes away quickly. Could this just be BH? Its quite painful like one of my worse days of period cramps. Will try the walking and hot shower to get rid of it but I wanted to know is BH painful for anyone else?
