Weight loss

So I hit my highest weight of 173 this summer and decided I needed to change my eating habits. I took a picture about a month after to track my progress but I don’t really see a difference😕 I’m a bit discouraged and was wondering if y’all had any tips to speed up the weigh loss

This is about 167-160

Now at about 140

Is there anything I can do to flatten my stomach and speed my weight loss up a little bit?
