What are some good bridal shower ideas?

I’ve never been to a bridal shower so I’m honestly really confused about what to expect lol. I’m really close to the bride but I don’t really know how these things work. I’ve looked at her registry and I still really don’t know what get her.. what are some gifts you guys have seen at bridal showers?

I’d buy something from her registry. If they felt the need to put it on there then they want it or need it. And as someone who has a bridal shower and baby shower- I always appreciated people who bought from the registry!
But as far as what to expect- they will probably eat, play a couple games, watch the bride open gifts.
