I’m at manager at this small business but one of the employees she goes to bathroom like 10 times a day and we have hand towel instead of the paper towel in the bathroom

But I feel like I’m about to give her own towel to use big one towel different one every day since she uses so many hand towels in the barroom for the Customers and I have to refill them and wash them depends how many times she uses the bathroom a day

Is that bad if I give her own towel each a day ?

Or just ignore it
