Hi just seeing if anyone has any advice on spotting in 2nd trimester. Woke up to this when wiping. I am on cyclogest pessarries at night. I called my OB and she said not to worry unless bleeding gets red or heavier or I have pain. I did have spotting in first trimester due to SCH but had had nothing since 13 weeks. The doctor telling me not to worry didn’t help! I have also been sick for a week and on antibiotics so don’t know if that’s related.
