Has anyone felt their second baby kick later on in the pregnancy than they felt their first baby?

With my first, I could feel him moving around 17 weeks and felt solid kicks around 19/20 weeks.

With this pregnancy, I’m nearly 21 weeks and have not felt a single flutter. Neither my doctor nor my ultrasound technician have mentioned anything about an anterior placenta. I don’t go back to my ob for another two weeks so I was wondering if this is something I should be worried about or call and ask about?
