Strong pregnancy symptoms negative test

Hello. I was wondering if anyone could relate to what I have going on. So for two weeks or so now I’ve had strong cramping, breast pain like nothing I’ve ever experienced, nauseous (sometimes extreme), mood swings, breast growth, horrible lower back pain, shortness of breath, fatigued. Last night I had this electric shocking pain in my cervix area. The only thing I could find was something called lightening crotch? I’ve taken several hpt all came back neg. I recently got a transvaginal ultrasound. They told me my iud was too low and not sitting in my uterus. I also have 2cm cysts. I’m sexually active so pregnancy is a possibility as my iud is not in place, and we were intimate just before I got the ultrasound. I’m also concerned about having endometriosis as my pain and symptoms get disabling. I just keep getting passed off by these drs. Has anyone experienced anything like this before? Could I be pregnant and it was too early to visually see or test? I feel so lost and alone. I leave Drs offices more emotional and confused than before I went in. If anyone could give me any advice I’d appreciate it greatly. -xo
