37 & 1 encouraging labor
I’m not trying to start my labor or self induce. Just encouraging my body to be in favorable position when the time actually comes...
For now I’m slow dancing with myself or with my husband to really slow sensual music to encourage oxytocin. Doing exercises with the rebozo. Squatting. Tripled my water intake. Sex of course. Increasing protein
Anything that I’m not thinking of that helps get the body and baby ready and prepared for labor and delivery?
