It itches so so bad what can I do to stop the itchiness?! HELLLLPPP I'm miserable!

I had this exact thing in my last pregnancy. Benedryl has an anti itch gel that I slathered on hourly. I also started taking oatmeal baths to help the itch. I’m so sorry, I know it’s miserable! Ice packs also help!
