Need to make a complaint about a DOCTOR

Can someone please steer me in the right direction of who I need to contact to make a complaint about my daughters Dr? Do I just call And ask the receptionist and say I need to make a complaint and she will transfer me to whos in charge of the whole office? I’m not sure what to do. Please help if you can! Thanks!
