Anyone else?

Question

Went to ER 2/6/20 due to cramping they did an ultrasound only saw gestational sac, measured around 5w 2days called obgyn got appointment for 2/10/20 6w Went in got another ultrasound done and saw gestational sac and yolk but no fetal pole yet.. also did bloodwork, Hcg that day was 11,782 
have my next dating ultrasound on monday 2/17/20 
has anyone else have this happen and everything be okay

Good luck with everything it’s crazy cause I also have an appointment on the 17th too January 31 I went in the er due to spotting thought I was close to 6 weeks but they only see a empty sac as well I’m so Nervous I really hope on the 17th they will see a baby and heartbeat, praying
