Most any bleeding during pregnancy and they'll diagnose it "threatened miscarriage" but I bled like that MY ENTIRE first trimester. It was really irritating and worrisome, but I was told that just how it is for some women, and is nothing to be worried about. Bright red heavy flow is when it's a problem. But light pink/red spotting that's only there when you wipe isn't an issue.

Don’t lift anything heavy or stress also my doctor recommend me when I was pregnant to put my legs up against the wall for 1 hour

I have the same at 4 weeks and 5 days, and i went today for an ultrasoun,  and i saw a baby with a hearbeat! Don't stress and take it easy!! Drinks lots of water, that will help! Im 5weeks and 1 day know, not that much difference but baby have a heartbeat 125,

They told me this is totally normal. I had it at 7 and 10 weeks. I even went to the ER the first time.

I am 6 weeks and just couple days ago I was bleeding like a light flow kind of period. No cramps or anything like that. Just bleeding. Than two and half hours later, it was gone. Never bled since. It was soo werid because I thought I was having a miscarriage again but they said you are suppose to be having severe cramps when it comes to miscarriage and bleeding heavy. So I don’t know, I have my first trimester appointment on March 3, I will let the midwife know what happened. Because it was so scary.
