I have a question. I am 37 weeks and my last OB appointment (1 week ago) my dr said I was already dilated to 1cm (she could feel her head when she checked) and she was too far down in my pelvis to get an ultrasound of her. Since that appointment I have been having terrible heartburn, my baby has been pushing down on my pelvis so much causing like a pinching pain down there, she has been moving around a bunch, I have been having trouble sleeping, lost all my energy, and not really had an appetite lately. I just got the baby room finished yesterday and I've been so paranoid that every time I pee I will go into labor. But I really want her to come like right now because I'm so exhausted and ready for her to be here and ready to get this pain over with. Is there anything I can do to help speed up the process so I dont have to wait the full 40 weeks? Please someone help... 😭🤰
