How to NOT go into labor???

Misa 👼🏻👼🏻🌈👶🏼 👶🏼

Hey ladies! I see so many of you trying to go into labor and yes I can just reverse the things everyone is suggesting but I saw a lot of ladies saying to walk or be active to induce labor. I’ve been active my whole pregnancy thus far (just stopped running last week) so I don’t want to stop if I can help it! I’m in the Army so they don’t give us a ton of recovery time before we have to take our physical fitness tests again ☹️

My situation is that my husband is in Korea until I’m 39 weeks (I’m 33 now) so I am just so nervous he will miss the birth and it’s our first. We are both in the Army and he is already going to miss so much since I have to move to a new duty station in July and he will stay where we live now.

Lots of background, sorry, but for those who stayed active for previous pregnancies or who are farther along now, did you stop at any point or have any advice? I want to make it to 39+ but still stay as fit as I can to help with my eventual recovery on the backside (I’m already toning workouts waaaay down and following a third trimester safe plan). Thanks for any help you can give!

One of the only pics I have of the two of us in uniform together from a few years ago 😍
