Anyone has sex before cerclage?

Question

So I'm getting a cerclage soon in week 12 -14 of my pregnancy due to existing preterm birth. For the ladies that experienced this, no sex the whole time pregnant before and after cerclage right? My husband and I are playing it safe. I have an appt next thursday with my perinatologist to discuss treatment and other high risk pregnancy stuff.

I really only had a week notice before I was scheduled to have the cerclage done, we definitely had sex a 2-3 times in that week before lol it was a long pregnancy, no sex no baths and then the recovery. I had to have a c section so no sex u til 6 weeks after baby, but it was worth it. Our rainbow baby is now 1 1/2 years old.

Anyone has sex before cerclage?
