Working out with tampon in 😬
What works best for you? I WANT to workout while on my period but my tampons are a huge issue. Obviously when I workout I bleed more and need to wear a larger tampon.... buuuuuut the larger tampons get pushed out (sorry, TMI). I take classes so I can’t control what exercises are given to me. But I will be doing squats and the damn tampon starts to get pushed out.
I then switched to a small tampon which stayed in perfectly when working out but I bled everywhere!! 😩
What do you ladies do when working out while on your period!!! I feel silly that I struggle this much.
