Pregnant//sleeping

Since i have gotten pregnant and bigger i sleep on my sides at night....i wake up literally to swap to the other side because my hip bone hurts so bad. Does anyone else have this problem while sleeping? It’s both of my sides. If so how did you fix it??

I have the same exact problem and nothing helps but waking up and switching the side I'm sleeping on 🤕 just one of the joys of pregnancy.

Yup! Either a regular pillow or a pregnancy pillow - either one works/helps!

Yes! This is the only thing that I have found to help. Definitely get a nice pillow for between your knees

I sleep with a body pillow between my knees. Every time I wake up, I go to the bathroom then come back to sleep on my other side. I’ve also got a thin memory foam pillow that I sometimes sleep on when I’m uncomfortable. When all else fails, I go to the couch 🤷🏻‍♀️

I sleep with a u shaped pregnancy pillow, a pillow between my knees and one behind my back. I’m still uncomfortable but it adding more pillows seems to help 😂 my poor husband hates it though

Maybe a different mattress. Maybe need a softer one. But otherwise no fixing it. Changeing sides is the only thing and you already do that. So, just have to get used to it... 😕
