My son was allergic to soy, eggs, dairy, nuts, beans, shellfish, broccoli, and a handful of veggies. Had an allergy test ran. Had to cut it all from my diet. Couldn’t handle any formals. Before that I would cut a food group for full week and see if in noticed any improvement. The major allergies to try before paying for a test would be, gluten, soy, dairy, and eggs.
