So I really liked this name and have ever since like 2 years ago. It’s Lainey. So I got pregnant and want to name my daughter that. However, an old friend named her baby Elana. Which lainey is a nickname and layna. Should I ask her if she would be upset or just say eff it? I haven’t talked to her in a long time, since middle school.
