Femara success?

Question

Anyone successful with metformin and femara? Is so how many rounds? Did you have twins? 
I've been on metformin for 1 year now. We start our first round of Femara when my next cycle starts.

Answer

No. With my first, I did 4 rounds of Femara with Metformin and did not conceive on any of those cycles. Decided to take a break and deliberate trying Clomid instead, but actually ended up getting pregnant naturally my first cycle off of the Femara! 🤷‍♀️
