Attention ladies!!! I did not think this was a big deal but got a really bad migraine in the middle of the night last night along with the swelling. Long story short, I went into see the doctor today and my blood pressure was incredibly high. I was then admitted to the labor and delivery department and I am being kept overnight. Never just assume to elevate your legs and listen to your body! I did not want to come here today at all but luckily I listened to my husband and found out this was actually very serious.

Mine look like this and they bulge out of the bottom of my pant legs. My doctor just said “put those up” but that’s it . 🧐

Get checked out to be safe. That happened to me and my doctor said “welcome to pregnancy” 🙄

In the exact same boat as you. At my 31w appointment my bp reading was 98/61 but my feet were swollen. Told to keep my feet up, wear my compression socks and drink rehydration solutions to replenish my electrolytes as we are having a very hot summer. About two days ago my fingers ballooned out of nowhere as well. Trying to wait it out till my next check up on Friday as I don't have any other symptons other than mild nausea. Little man is moving around like he usually does.
If you are worried, go get checked. Absolutely no harm in being catious and making sure everything is ok. Wish you all the best.

I'm in the same boat. If all of yours and babies vitals are good then it's normal swelling. 
I was told to reduce sodium, caffeine if you drink it, and elevate. Those three things have made a HUGE difference.

I’m the same right now at 34+6 and I constantly am calling the doctor over it and they say it’s normal just need to drink more water! I’ve had blood tests and urine tests and have been monitored and everything has been normal.

If your blood pressure has been ok then i wouldn't get too worried. I swelled terribly like this with my oldest and had no blood pressure issues either. You can call the doctor and mention it or wait for your next prenatal appointment assuming its soon
