Baby registry at 14 weeks ?

Is it too early to start a registry nd where should I start one. I know people say amazon, walmart, target ect but it's overwhelming for me there are so many options nd I want it to be budget friend for those nice enough to shop off my register any preferences from experienced mommy ?

I started at like 7 weeks lol not early. Babylist is good. I do have buy buy baby and amazon, I need to transfer all of that Into babylist

Baby list sounds like the way to go. Thank you ladies. Also another question. For car sear should I get the all stage traveler set with the stroller too or do you have to start with an infant carseat nd go from there.i know hospitals have requirements for carseats
