Baby’s feedings and sleep is different each day/night. Very Difficult.
My daughter was born 6 weeks early. They swaddled her in the nicu for the 3 weeks she was there and we noticed she hated it when we did it at home do we stopped until around 3 months, we started swaddling her, and she was actually sleeping through all of the night 9/10pm to 6/7/8am. now coming up on 4 months every night is different, we were so used to a great schedule, and now it’s like she’s a newborn all over again. But also she’s eating less I feel. I haven’t really documented it, as I’m not the only one who feeds her and my other half refuses to document it. Around 2 months of age, she was eating 4 per feeding. she then got sick with RSV was hospitalized and put on a feeding ride and we had to start back at the minimal amount. She is now will be 4 months on Sunday and is between 3-4 ozs per feeding. We don’t try and push more as she easily vomits. I slee de o feel she might start to be teething, as she’s putting everything in her mouth and drooling more, but I don’t really feel any rough patches on her gums. Any insights? I’m bringing this all up on her wellness exam on Monday.
