6 weeks and crazy

To u mommas who have more than 2 babies. How do u handle it? I have a 20m old active daughter. And currently is 6 weeks pregnant nauseous and tired. How do u handle it guys?? I vomitted after i eat and feel hungry. 😖 how do i get thru this 😭 can pls share tips..
