Feeling a little nauseous never felt this way .
I’ve been laying down and woke up to use the bathroom well tried using the #2 but instead peed 2x . Came back to bed still feel a little nauseous and stomach is hurting like if am going to get bad diarrhea later on tonight.
Could this mean anything or it’s just normal ?
Also just started getting a little heartburn out of nowhere.
