‼️⁉️Help! DIZZINESS AND CRAMPING AFTER SEX

I was ovulating on the day that we had sex. I didn't orgasm. He said he pulled out but there was cum in my vagina. There was also painful cramping and when I got up to pee, I felt really dizzy and nauseous. It lasted for at lest 20 mins then I recovered. This never happened to me before. What could it be???
