I try not to ever look at the scale but my weight is getting back to my heaviest** so i have been switching to weightlifting and i have noticed that my weight has gone up. i’m wondering if this is solely because of my transition to weightlifting instead of the dreaded cardio. i don’t eat the healthiest all of the time so i feel like that could come into play too. i am 20 years old, 5’4”, and now weigh 153lbs. at the beginning i weighed around 145, so the weight gain in a short amount of time (like 1 month) is dramatic to me.. thank you
