One sided pain

I found out i was pregnant 3 days ago and should be about 5w 3d. Ive had sime dull aching on my right ovary spreading to my hip. Ive got midwife on wednesday so im going to mention it to her then I just wanted to know if anyone had experience woth anything similair. Im so nervous with this pregnancy. I had alot of ovary pain around ovulation to the point I thought it was a cyst and ive had this achy pain on and off since then but obviously now i know I'm pregnant its worrying me a lot more. Can anyone help? It's not really bad pain but its still worrying me
