Nausea during pregnancy

Hi ladies this is my second pregnancy I’m currently 16w and every time I eat I experience the worst nausea. I didn’t have this problem when I was pregnant with my son but what are some things I can do to help? I get to the point where I want to throw up but I just end up gagging really bad🙁
