This girl has kids so I understand being late to work and not being able to come to your shift sometimes. But all of us except for two employees live outside of town and multiple cases of her not showing up till 5 minutes after shes supposed to be here. I can’t leave until she gets here. One time she wanted switch with me and I was fine with it but showed up after me driving an hour to work. Of course we sent her home bc she lives 5 minutes away. She’s a nice girl. But she’s late every shift. The manager had to switch shifts tomorrow and I’ve worked every day of the week and tomorrow was my day off but because she had baby sitter problems he switched me instead of her finding someone to cover her shift which I wouldn’t do it bc Ive worked everyday. I’m probably being a cry baby it’s just a hassle when she’s late all the time and I have to drive an hour to work and back.
