CD 46 and no sign of AF: advice please 🙏

Normal cycles are 30 days, the longest cycle I’ve ever had which was when I had a cyst was 45 days. Had follow up hormone testing and vaginal ultrasound on 1/16 and everything came out perfect. But here I am on CD 46, last period was 1/1/20 (lovely New Years Day Surprise)

Had a VVFL 2 weeks ago and nothing since. No signs of AF. I continue to have lots of watery CM which is VERY unusual after ovulation for me. (I am usually dry or have thicker white CM)

Should I keep waiting it out or should I request a blood test? Any possibility I could actually be pregnant and not get a positive urine test. Probably not but I’m having such an unusual cycle I don’t even know what to think. Ugh!
