What is the weirdest thing you have seen someone do while they were driving?

Earlier, my husband and I saw a man in the car next to us clipping his finger nails while he was driving. It just seemed really weird and random and I don't think either of us had ever seen someone clip their nails while driving. 
It got me thinking about all the other weird things people do while drive and I'm wondering what the weirdest thing you have seen is.
