M child will not take care of herself.

My child is six. She has suddenly decided she doesn't like baths anymore. She says she doesn't like the way water feels on her skin. She will sit in the tub for a couple of minutes then freak out and scream and cry until I dry her because when she does it she doesn't get "dry enough." This has been going on for about 2 weeks now. I sometimes get lucky to get her in and washed but it has been getting harder. She also has not been brushing her teeth. She was sitting next to me and I could smell her breath. The teeth thing has been going on for a few weeks as well. These things are new. She used to be so good about bathing, brushing her teeth and hair and getting dressed. Now she won't let me touch her hair. She wears the same pants multiple times a week because she suddenly doesn't like how other ones feel. I don't want people to think that I am one of those parents that get walked all over but it is getting hard. Our apartment is top floor. If she doesn't want to do something she will cry, scream, stomp and yell. She'll call me a loser and tell me to leave my home. It has gotten so bad sometimes I just cry. Many times I cry. I don't understand. She was such an amazing child.
