Baby girl bleeding from clitorus?

Noticed a tiny tiny amount of blood on a wipe I used on my baby girl... once this morning and again before bed. I am not wiping too hard. I am concerned. Also, I’ve been advised to not clean her area perfectly every time but when she poops it obviously gets in her creases and cracks.

I would make an appointment! But it could very well be hormones!! And it can be normal!!

Ive heard it can be caused from excess hormones during pregnancy. Definitely call the pediatrician

Depends on the age of your baby. Swollen genitals and bleeding as newborns are from you hormones and birth. But older babies, no that's not normal.

Is this a newborn? That’s normal in little babies. It’s a withdrawal bleed from no longer having your high pregnancy hormones in utero.
